With as many ingredients as a Michelin-starred kitchen, Kefi is a true cocktail laboratory where the detailed work of preparing complex cocktails takes place before the guest passes through our doors. An enormous amount of preparation goes into each drink, which is entirely pre-batched fresh each day and kegged into our proprietary draft system. Our goal is to serve a fine cocktail in a short turnaround time between order and first sip.
